EuroAsia IC Industry Awards 2008 Shortlist Announced
Tres-Ark's AutoLytics automated, inline CMP slurry monitoring system was nominated in the category of "Sub System/Component Provider - New System Award". In 2008 the committee had in excess of 135 nominations from vendors, manufacturers, and users. These awards are unique to this industry as they serve as a platform for recognition.
Tres-Ark's Liquid Dispense Module (TAKLDM) was awarded Micro's "Greatest Hits of 2005"
Tres-Ark successfully designed, integrated and implemented a technology into a fab in less than one quarter that resulted in a calculated annual savings of $20 million to one customer. "Best of Breed" was awarded in 1999 from SEMATECH for TAK's value added engineering design that interfaced an analytical technology in a generic fashion with a tool and fab automation while still providing local display and service interfaces. In 1999 and 2000, Tres-Ark projects generated "Yield Enhancement Awards" from SEMATECH.
The Equipment Productivity Team awarded Tres-Ark the "EPIT Award" 1999 for addressing specific actions to improve equipment performance and cost of ownership.
