FractallFill™ Products - Tres-Ark Multi-Mixture Dispense Module

Tres-Ark Multi-Mixture Dispense Module & Tres-Ark Multi-Mixture Dispense Module Plus supply precisely dilute chemical mixtures to one tool (TAK M2,3, or 4) or multiple tools (TAK M2,3, or 4+).

Both products contain the same blending technology as the TAKLDM product line, but each tool has 5 blending systems within instead of one.

The smallest footprint possible was created for blending five solutions under one control interfaced unit. The precise mix of chemicals from 1:1 to 1:10,000 dilution range results in extraordinary performance no matter what industry this TAK M+ is fully integrated in. User friendly interface which controls the entire five module system.

      1. HCL Blend +/- 5 ppm @ 6 sigma level
